I try my best to be flexible for students and families, as I know how hectic and unpredictable life can be! You will never be charged if you cancel the day or night before your session. Whenever possible, please provide more notice to allow me to reschedule my time.
Cancellations day of appointment:
The student will be charged 100%. I understand that things do happen - people get sick, and unexpected conflicts do sometimes arise. That is why each student gets two free passes for no financial penalty as long as they contact me before the session start time.
If students or parents need to cancel an appointment (or let me know they might be late), please contact by email at [email protected].
Vacations:
Please be sure to inform me of any vacation plans in advance. We are able to put a pause on your tutoring, to pick up where we left off once you return!
No-Show Policy :
Students have fifteen minutes to arrive for their scheduled appointment. If they do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, they will be considered a ‘No Show’ and will be charged 100%. The teacher is under no obligation to remain longer than 15 minutes if the student has not contacted the teacher to let them know they will be late. Any sessions started late will still finish at regular time.
